A USEFUL QUESTION TO ASK

Offers, rates and eligibility can change. Check the latest terms with your mortgage provider before committing to an installation. Additional borrowing is secured against your home and must be affordable. EPC does not provide mortgage advice. Information reviewed 27 August 2026.
